Course Registration Fee: 10.000,00.-TL

• Participation in scientific activities
• Access to exhibition area
• Meeting material (Name Badge, Certification of Attendance)
• VAT (20%) shall be added to the prices (registration fee). Z Event reserves the right to change the fee if any changes arise in the taxes, charges and duties levied.
• Z Event is entitled to shift the probable tax, due and charge changings.
• All registration fees are required to be transferred to the below stated bank account of Z Event or used with online registration system with credit card payment before the meeting.
• Agency reserves the right to cancel the request or make change on the registration in case of incomplete fee payments.

ACCOMMODATION

• VAT (10%) and City Tax (%2) shall be added to the prices (accommodation fee). Z Event reserves the right to change the fee if any changes arise in the taxes, charges, and duties levied.
• Accommodation fee is daily and includes bed & breakfast
• All accommodation fees are required to be transferred to the below-stated bank account of Z Event before the meeting.
• Agency reserves the right to cancel the request or make a change to the accommodation hotel in case of incomplete fee payments.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS of REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION

• Cancellation requests for registration&accommodation must be communicated to Z Event and organization by e-mail to the address eus@zevent.com.tr
• Cancellation requests made until February 16, 2024, will be refunded fully after deducting bank costs.
• There will be no refund for the cancellations made after the date February 16, 2024. It will be possible to make name changes until the latest February 16, 2024. Congress Organization Committee and Z Event do not accept any responsibility for any changes after the very date.
• All reimbursements shall be made after the end of the Congress.

MISCELLANEOUS

• Should a delegate not attend the Meeting, for whatever reason, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made.
